Fashion Rocks is a unique brand which blends catwalk & high street fashion with international music events that feature some of the greatest names in the music, past and present.
CARGO started working with Fashion Rocks in June 2011 initially overhauling some key aspects of the eCommerce site - FR by Fashion Rocks.
After identifying areas which could be improved CARGO implemented best-in-class UX features. By addressing areas such as navigation, search functionality and checkout, CARGO have helped improve the user journey and importantly site conversion.
As well as improving the user experience CARGO implemented enhanced reporting functionality and completed integration with third party systems. This contributed to streamline the administration of FR for Fashion Rocks.
Natural Search Traffic – up over 15% from previous month (old site)
PPC ROI increased from £7 to £9 within the first month and increasing
Average CPC decreased from £0.27 to £0.14
Bounce rate from search engines down over 10%
Revenue from search engine traffic increased by over 20%
